Changed how the flags were being set.  They are now set in the Context
object, not in the answer checker.

Previous version did not pass through the limits in COMPOSITION_ANS()
properly.

Also, added -> reduce to $linear and $quadratic

Parts 2 and 4 previously asked students to enter answers separated by
a space.  This gave WW difficulties previewing answers and showing
past answers.

DC partially recoded problem up to newer standards part 2 expects a
comma separated list and part 4 expects as an interval.

Removed a line ($d=1;) after the "do" line that properly set the
variable $d.

The variable $d is chosen so that the function $f is invertible.
The $d=1 line countered this choice for some seeds.
