The functionality of loadDB2 and create_tables2.sql are not handled by
.../webwork2/bin/NPL-update.  This reverts recent changes in
create_tables2.sql so that it does things the old way, puts the old
loadDB2 in loadDB2-deprecated, and loadDB2 just prints a help message
about the changes.

    6 has the script .../webwork2/bin/NPL-update, then run that script
    7 instead.  It does not require any command-line arguments, but
    8 you do need to have the location of the problem library set in

   11 If you do not have NPL-update, use loadDB2-deprecated in this
   12 directory until you update your main version of webwork.
