Safari has issues with CSS/JS, so switching to pure javascript.  The macro is self-contained (no external help files necessary), no longer allows user-defined help files, and no longer supports links to external html files (use htmlLink instead).

Fixed an error of omission and a css/javascript naming error that caused links not to work unless the syntax help document was also loaded.  It should now work flawlessly.

Completely redone: POD documentation added, help documents now appear as a mask over the current page rather than in a separate window, all help documents are contained in macro file so no external files need to be maintained, detects whether log=ln or log=logten and delivers appropriate help message, allows for custom help documents using text specified in the PG file (no external files needed).

Minor modifications to accommodate confusion over which "Matrix" object to use.
Similar modifications to replace List with ChoiceList so that the MathObjects version 
of List is not confused with what is now ChoiceList which is the super class of Multiple, Select 
etc.  -- various multiple choice question methods.

Added a check on greating urls for images that allows one to serve
images from a port different than :80 using lighttpd.
In this case image addresses beginning http://hosted2.webwork.rochester.edu:8000/webwork2_course_files...  were
fed to alias() which prepended another http://hosted2...... segment
A better long term fix probably involves writing a more robust version of alias(), but this
fix takes care of the immediate problems that have arisen.
