allow record classes to specify a set of initial records to insert into
a newly-created table. this is used to populate the setting table with
e.g. (db_version, $THIS_DB_VERSION).

added record class for settings

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, enter a numeric revision.
