makeL2H now appends the contents of $Global::externalLaTeX2HTMLSupportPath to $ENV{PATH} before calling latex2html. this is kinda hackish, but it works. perhaps instead of this, we should set the path globally to something like '/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/local/bin'. (see the email i'm about to send.)
