Changed the default behavior of feedback e-mail addresses to what was probably intended. The behavior before was by default, all feedback e-mail was disabled. Now, by default feedback goes to profs/tas with e-mail addresses, or to the list of people if it is explicitly given (which can be blank if you want to disable feedback e-mail).
