fixed some indentation problems (oddly, this file is indented with spaces, one space per indent level) and reformatted some of the shorter CSS rules to fit on one line. added styles for "new standard classes" FormLayout, ResultsWithError, and ResultsWithoutError. added styles for ScrollingListRecord widget.
