Hi Mike,

On testcourses.webwork.maa.org in the PREP2013_Problem_Authoring course, when I
access the library browser and create a new homework set named 'Workshop3_AM'
it says that a new homework set has been created with that name.  However, when
I click on the Hmwk Sets Editor and do a search of the html text on the page
for 'Workshop3_AM' the search comes up empty.  It turns out that my homework
set does exist in the Hmwk Sets Editor, but its name is the empty string, i.e.,
there are some homework sets in the homework sets editor whose names do not get
printed.  It looks like there are a few other homework sets that are like this
(with empty strings for names) such as larose_testset and Nadji_Workshop1.
