Using the seed 4363 the accepted answer to part (c) of this problem is 2 + 2v,
but 2u + 4v should also be accepted.   This alternate solutions is correct for
any base logarithm while the accepted solution presumes that the logarithm base
is 10, which isn't even made clear in the problem.
