In Hmwk Sets Editor2 in WW2.7, when you click on the pencil to edit the basic
data for a set, by default visible and Enable Reduced credit are checked.  This
is not a good thing to do.  E.g. I doubt most people what to enable reduced
credit. A better way to do this would be to have the default mirror how the set
is set up. E.g. if it is visible to students, visible should be checked and if
it is not visible to students, visible should be unchecked. Same for Enable
Reduced credit.
