Would it help if the table headers were left justified, like the table entries,
instead of centered?  

You can tell the difference by loading up the offending page in chrome and
using the debugger to find the .set_table th  css rule and unchecking
text-align:center.  This is actually set in math4.css.  Its not clear to me if
its a holdover from math3 or if it was something that ion particle put in
intentionally.

I kind of like the left justified, but I don't mind centered either.
