Checked out develop branch ( Fri Jun 28, commit
16c97e39099f7874710b66045af0a9de46d921f4).

Created a new course "Test". Ran "update" on all tables.  Attempted to create a
new empty homework set from the homework sets editor.  Got a WSOD with error
message telling me that the "description" field in the problem table unknown. 

Note: in updating the course again, the update process tells me that it knows
about the missing "description" field, and fixes it.  After upgrade, I was able
to create a new homework set with no errors or warnings.
