This problem works for the majority of seeds that I have tried.  I have noticed
it fail (checker expects incorrect answers) for the following two seeds:

1039 and 2213.

In both cases, the given polynomial is a quadratic with a negative leading
coefficient.

I tried to locate what in the problem code is causing the issue, but couldn't
figure it out.  :/
