I can confirm the bug.  If I replace Context("Inequalities-Only"); with
Context("LinearInequality");
it works fine.   There may well be some kind of conflict between the two
contexts since LinearInequality context is quite new but I need a better idea
of what you would like to accomplish in order to fix it properly.
