hidden.  Percentage wise?  I have no clue, I just know mine is one.

Yes, it is usually manually altered so I agree a conf variable to override it
would be great (most could ignore it).

The code itself also seems to assume the system is passing more version info
than the code needs (it is just testing >= 2.4, but seeks \d\.\d+\.\d+),
perhaps make it \d+\.\d+; to require less info?
