Consider this problem:
Library/NewHampshire/NECAP/grade11/gr11-2009/n11-2009-1s.pg

We are shown a number line, and two points P and Q are marked. We're asked to
draw a conclusion about Q/P.   However, none of the tick marks on the number
line are labeled, so there is no conclusion that can be drawn.

It's clear from the supplied solution that the labels are meant to be present. 
However, I've displayed this problem using both Firefox 48.0 and Safari 9.1.2
with the same results.  A screen shot is attached.

In the screen shot, you'll also see that some math in the solution is not
rendering.
