I am in the Library Browser, looking at all problems in the OPL under
Statistics, Experimental Design.

The first problem is: Library/ASU-topics/setStat/dueck1_5_5.pg

In the browser, an icon for re-randomization is displayed above and to the
right of the problem.   However, the problem is static, and is tagged as such.

The bug is probably not related to this particular problem, as I observed the
same phenomenon elsewhere yesterday.  Will update this if I recall where.
