In each pull-down menu, the third item should be a blackboard bold R with a
superscript 3.  However, in each case, what we see is what's in this code
fragment below.

$tf->ra_pop_up_list(["?"=>"Select an Answer", "Line" => "Line",
                        "Plane" => "Plane", "R�" => "R�"]);

Some text must have been garbled at some point.

This problem is part of a collection.  I have not checked to see if other
problems in the same collection are similarly garbled.
