In the vector on the left side of the equal sign, there is a typo.  The line in
the problem says:

$A1 = "\left\lbrack\begin{array}{r} $r1 \cos($t1\pi/19) \\ $r2 \sin($t1\pi/19)
\end{array}\right\rbrack";


It should say the following instead:

$A1 = "\left\lbrack\begin{array}{r} $r1 \cos($t1\pi/19) \\ $r1 \sin($t1\pi/19)
\end{array}\right\rbrack";

(changing the coefficient of the 2nd entry to $r1 instead of $r2).
