The problem Library/Rochester/setIntegrals28Probability/loyola_prob_3.pg has an
answer which is incorrect for some seed values.  The given answer is only
correct  when $h is smaller or equal to $D.  The easiest fix (the one I am
using in my local version of the problem) replaces line 29 with 

$D=random(16,24,1);
