I checked the file in the webwork Open Problem Library on github

As far as I can tell nothing has changed. 
You seem to be using a version of this problem that comes from a file in your
templates directory.  That file may be out of date.  Perhaps loading the
version that is in your problem library will cure it. Or if that doesn't work
then perhaps your copy of the problem library is out of date?  If so maybe your
webwork administrator could update it, then it would have the most current
version of this problem.
