I'm not sure what problem you are asking about because the URL in your bug
report refers to a local file in your templates directory, not to a path in the
webwork OpenProblemLibary.  Is it the following problem?
OpenProblemLibrary/UVA-Stew5e/setUVA-Stew5e-C03S07-HigherDerivs/3-7-45.pg
That problem works for me, there are no answer checking issues that I can see.
Perhaps the problem in your templates directory has been modified. If it has
then that may be the source of the error.  If so then perhaps you could cure
the error by replacing the local problem with the problem in the library whose
path is given above.
