Hi,

Just tried Geoff's fix and it works BUT with the same weird behavior as
above, i.e. $server_root_url   = 'https://192.168.56.101'; fails but
$server_root_url
  = 'http://192.168.56.101 <https://192.168.56.101/>'; works.
