classlisteditor1 (aka "Old Classlist Editor") in WeBWorK 2.10 displays an error 
message which begins

If there are no plans to fix classlisteditor1, then I will comment-out its 
activation in my localOverrides.conf file
    AND
I recommend release notes for ww-2.10 explicitly note that classlisteditor1 is 
no longer functional (that is stronger than merely remarking it is deprecated 
and disabled in defaults.config).
