Knowls does work for me in 2.10.  When viewing a problem I also don't see the
"touch-punch" js file loaded at all.  However I do see the "touch-punch" js
file loaded on the Library Browser page, but its kept in the main webwork2
htdocs directory with the other jquery modules, not in the course files area.  

I suspect this is some kind of configuration/setup issue or some kind of corner
case.  Could you do a bit more digging and find out what exactly is asking for
"touch-punch" and why?
