Add a problem to set 0.  

A green "problem added to set" message appears but no problem is added to set
0. The problem you have just added does not have the "problem in targeted set"
message.

This does not happen with set "demo" for example.  It's possible that the bare
name of 0 for a set is the cause of the trouble.
