I am not sure what you mean by "explicitly" labeled? I did check out a few
problems and found many of them had "optional1" "optional2" etc as answers.

Is there any way to tell which problem is causing the issue?

Also, the assignment type is set to "Gateway/quiz" if that makes a difference.

Is this also causing the errors when I ask to see Student Progress?
