If the LTI config file is included then you get the following error:

Use of uninitialized value in numeric lt (<) at
/opt/webwork/webwork2/lib/WeBWorK/Authen/LTIBasic.pm line 797.
Error message for command: renderProblem

My guess is that timestamp is not defined at line 797 although it's possible
that the NonceLifetime configuration value isn't found.

This error does not occur when the LTI config file is not included.
