[ww-devel] Proctored quiz submission by instructor

Hi,

Have a question about proctored quiz.  Normally when a student submit a proctored quiz, the set will be changed to non-proctored quiz so the student can open it later without entering proctor password again.

But if students forgot to submit the quiz and an instructor submitted for them, based on the existing logic, the set won't be changed to non-proctored.  So students / instructors wanted to open the submitted quiz will need to enter the proctor password.

May I know if this is an intended feature or a bug?
