NAU problem collection

Installation issues:

1. The current version of unionTables.pl produces warnings for some of the graph theory problems. This is the result of a few uninitialized variables. The /opt/webwork/libraries/NationalProblemLibrary/NAU/macros/unionTables.pl fixes this issue. This file should be copied to /opt/webwork/pg/macros/. Hopefully this is going to be fixed in the future. A bugzilla report has been filed.

2. Some of the graph theory problems require the compilation of a C program. Please follow the instructions in /opt/webwork/libraries/NationalProblemLibrary/NAU/lib/readme.txt.
