Paste the following into the sources.list:

  1. Remastersys

deb http://www.geekconnection.org/remastersys/repository karmic/

Then run "sudo apt-get update" and install remastersys.

CLEAN UP SYSTEM

  1. sudo find / -name *~ -print
  2. Clear Firefox data, logs

Edit /etc/remastersys.conf (Note: info in the remastersys.conf file didn't seem to get read or maybe I missed something.)

  1. LIVEUSER "wwadmin"
  2. LIVECDLABEL "WeBWorK Live DVD Demo"
  3. CUSTOMISO "WW2.4_Ubuntu9.10_Vanilla_LiveDVD.iso"

Now create the iso file

  1. sudo remaster.sys backup

The iso file is in /home/remastersys/
