Hardcopy Design

This is the design page for the generate hardcopy page in WeBWorK, including design decisions relating to hardcopies themselves.
Current Design Questions
- What should be the behavior of the hints checkbox for students? Currently the hints checkbox doesn't actually do anything for students. The main question is, should marking the hints checkbox show hints for students only if they have the required number of attempts, or if it should always print hints. The issue is that students working on homework via hardcopy may not get the advantage of the hints of they print their homework before attempting it.
- What should be the behavior of show paths? (This is affect[Problem Page Design].) Currently if you are acting as an effective user, paths are only shown if they should be shown to that user. The issue is that if an instructor is looking at a problem (on the problem page) as a student, they want the path of the problem for troubleshooting. On the other hand, if an instructor prints out a hardcopy as a student, they may not want the paths on the hardcopy in case they give that to the student.
- Default status of "Show Student Answers". Currently this is set to on, but there is a request that it be changed to off. The question is if there are more user stories where you want show student answers, than there are where you do not want show student answers.
