Adding new users

  1. Click Classlist Editor in the main menu.
  2. Select Add ___ Students and fill in the number of users you would like to add. (That number just controls the number of input lines you'll get on the next screen. You're not committed to adding that number of users.)
  3. Click Take Action!
  4. On the next screen, fill in values for each item of user data. The Login Name is required. The user's password will be initially set to the value you give for Student ID (but you can change it later).
  5. Select any sets that you would like to assign to the new users. This is a convenience feature — you can always assign sets to users later.
  6. Click Add Students.

Deleting users

Importing users from a classlist file

  1. Click File Manager in the main menu.
  2. Below the file list, specify the file you want to upload (this varies by browser -- the button may say something like Browse or Choose File).
  3. Click the Upload: button.
  4. Click Classlist Editor in the main menu.
  5. Select the Import users from file option and select the file you just uploaded from the first popup menu.
  6. Decide whether uploaded users should replace existing users using the second popup menu.
  7. Click Take Action!.
