Schedule

Day 1 [June 23]:
    9am - Welcome/introductions, Outline workshop.
 9:30am - Computer set-up: make sure participants are on-line as needed, WeBWorK work
          courses are available, etc.
   10am - Introduction to subversion branches for problem and problem set development.
          Ensure participants are able to commit/update from their repository branches.
          Have commit/update/delete of files for each.
          Preview next session.
10:30am - Break/coffee
   11am - Problem groups meet and block out problem sets/syllabus for their courses.
          (This won't be the problems in those sets, just the sets and material.)
12:30pm - Lunch
 1:30pm - Discussion: issues in locating and developing problems for sets, articulation
          and revision of problem evaluation rubric.
 2:30pm - Problem group work on sets, collecting and blocking out problems that need to

          specific tips and ideas found by the different problem groups which are of
          broad usefulness.
 2:00pm - Problem group work.
 5:00pm - Discussion of application of problem assessment rubric to problems and sets
          being developed.
 5:30pm - Wrap-up: summary and discussion of each group's work [over some sort of minimal
          break type food].
 6:30pm - Break for dinner.
Evening - Problem group work at participants' discretion.

Day 3 [June 25]:
    9am - Problem group work
10:30am - Break/coffee
   11am - Group presentations: about 10 min per group, showing content and work.  Should
          bring out specific tips and ideas for a useful model course, allow suggestions 
          for what else may be needed or useful.
   noon - Lunch
 1:30pm - Problem group work
 4:30pm - NPL discussion?
 5:00pm - Discussion of application of problem assessment rubric to problems and sets
          being developed.
 5:30pm - Wrap-up: summary and discussion of each group's work [over some sort of minimal
          break type food].
