  • Text: Calculus: Single Variable, 5th Edition by Hughes-Hallet et.al.
  • Semester Course (15 weeks) - 4 credits
  • We use both WeBWorK and a small number of written assignments. The written assignments are assigned to train students to communicate clearly. The written assignments also gives them practice writing up solutions (a skill that is helpful during exams)
  • WeBWorK counts for 8-10% of the final grade (depends on the instructor)
  • [1] You can view the assignments as used at Saint Louis University. Username and password: guest.
  • The class website for this course can be found on Russell Blyth's website. At Saint Louis University most of us use a combination of online (WeBWorK) and written homework. The assigned problems to be turned in can be found here.
