I am a computer science teacher (math teacher in another life) at the Governor's School for Science and Mathematics in Hartsville, SC. I have a team of students that have installed a Webwork server for the use of our (initially) math department. We are thinking about moving away from WebAssign ($$$) to Webwork. I will take on the role of administrator and a hand-selected group of Comp Sci students will help keep the system healthy, add problems to the database, and support teachers if they run into problems.
