I have just upgraded our WeBWorK installation to version 1.9 and I notice that the routine mail_answers_to2() (used for collecting questionnaire responses) seems to have gotten broken. I don't get any error messages anywhere, but no mail gets sent. The other email routines in feedback.pl and profSendMail.pl work normally. Also when I downgrade back to v.1.8, mail_answers_to2() works as before.

The mail_answers_to2() routine is called from within a safe compartment, so it is difficult to debug, e.g. printing to STDERR is not allowed.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Here's a followup to my previous message. It seems that the problem is due to install_problem_grader() not working in version 1.9. No matter what problem grader I try to install, it looks like I just get the standard problem grader.

Can anyone confirm this?
