probably
this is not about webwork2 itself, but I had an error when accessing
/workwork2 on my test server (everything before that seems fine,
including the placehold page /webwork2_files.)
Apache, mod_perl, libapreq compiled and installed without problem.
mod_perl "make test" failed though, how I understand it is not a
problem.
