I would like to edit problems from existing problem libraries, and to do that more efficiently I would like to download to my laptop whole libraries from the NPL. All of the following approaches seem to fail:
1) CVS download as described here: http://webwork.maa.org/wiki/Problem_Libraries
2) Github access as described here: http://webwork.maa.org/wiki/Github
3) Access through the file browser - when I click on the links Library@ and
rochesterLibrary@ nothing happens.
SUCCESS: downloading the NPL SVN repository does work!

Still, it would be nice to either fix the other methods or remove them from the documentation.
