If you are experiencing problems with the MAA servers, it is probably best to write to webwork@maa.org. Most people on the forum do not know you are talking about trouble with MAA servers and the sys admin at MAA probably does not often or ever look at the WeBWorK forums.
Other people also reported (to webwork@maa.org) problems with the servers. Within the last hour he changed Apache's parameters which should hopefully resolve any slowness issues.
