someone should put this SElinux stuff in a problem section on the install guide or something.
for Centos you #yum install policycoreutils-gui
and then you can run #system-config-selinux and in the status tab change both drop down boxes to permissive. IT FIXED IT!!!!!!!!!!!

Apache wont start after webworks.conf link is added to /etc/httpd/conf.d
