Params
Len is the length of the answer blank. The default is 20 characters.

Returns
A string of HTML or TeX code which prints the answer blank.

Notes
The answer blanks are numbered internally in the order that they are printed. The answer evaluators for checking each answer must be inserted into the ANS macro in the same order.
