Thank you for the tip. That faculty member had the status "Proctor," which was limiting access. After updating the status, he now have access again.
Regarding student login issues, we discovered that when importing the lst file to add students, some of us overlooked selecting an option under "Fallback password source." In previous Webwork versions, the Student ID was automatically set as the password, which is not the case now. Upon reviewing the course logs, we noticed a "no password set" error, which explained the login failures. We have now set the initial passwords accordingly.
However, a group of students was denied access while using a campus computer lab, despite having no issues logging in from off-campus. Webwork logs confirmed that access was granted with no recorded errors, so we suspect a temporary network issue at the time.
