project description, dates and requirements technical skills and knowledge to be covered: using the wiki, tutorials and resources minimal background on problem authoring: provide template file, emphasize specific resources
set up problem groups set up, provide work course in which each group can work set up a work model for creating problems: have a problem authored by one person, handed off for review and modification by another explore NPL, tagging, structure, provide base for critiques and directions for improvement
