We noticed an interesting phenomenon when exporting problem sets in order to import into another class.
For this particular class, we have separate screen header (ScreenHeader.pg) and hardcopy header (PaperHeader.pg) files. When we export the set to a file, it lists ScreenHeader.pg as both the paperHeaderFile and the screenHeaderFile. Is it possible to export a file preserving the separate values of both paperHeaderFile and screenHeaderFile?

There are two places where you can export a set from. The first is the Hmwk Sets Editor page which is where you can list all sets and the other is the Problem Sets Editor page which lists information about only one set. Which of these two did you use for exporting? There could be a minor difference between the two that has gone unnoticed that is causing this.

Ok, I tracked this down and fixed it in the latest 2.0-patches version. Thanks for pointing this out.
