Hi,

We are having problems sending emails to students with certain domain names, for example yahoo.com, hotmail.com, netscape.net.

The email bounces from the smtp server with message 501 SYNTAX ERROR IN PARAMETERS OR ARGUMENTS

Email to these students works outside WeBWorK. Andras

I solved this problem by switching to another SMTP mail server.

Google search indicates the possibiliy of a buggy oracle email server.
