How change grade for ENTIRE class for one homework all at once?

I can see how to edit a single problem at a time for a single student but not
to do an entire class at once.

I have a partial answer. If you want to mark a single problem as correct for all students (for example, the problem was assigned with an error), then you can go to the Homework Sets Editor and there will be a check-box next to each problem in the assignment that allows you to "mark correct" for the entire class.

Of course, you then need to save the homework set with this change.

Is this what you were wanting to accomplish?

Hi,

I'm not sure what you want to do.  If you want to have a single problem marked correct for all students (e.g. if the problem had an error and you want to give everyone full credit for that problem), use "mark correct" in the Hmwk Sets Editor.  

There is no easy way to override the scoring data saved in WeBWorK's database for all students (it's a lot of individual data in any case).  You can score the set(s) in question, download the spreadsheet file and work with it with Excel or whatever and then upload it back to WeBWorK.
