Some students can't view pdfs

Some students can't view pdfs

Hi:

In our WW courses, it seems that some students and professors can view the pdfs of assignments, and others can't.

The error message they get is like the one below.

Would anyone know what might be causing this? One student said they she had tried different browsers and computers to no avail.
