** Using WeBWorK **

In order to change the pages and posts on my wordpress site to

www.mysite.net/a_nice_post.html

instead of the default

www.mysite.net/p?=1256

I had to fiddle with the apache2 configuration file, to set AllowOverride to All in my wordpress directory. But this seemed to break WeBWorK, the web address

www.mysite.net/webwork2

which always worked before, now didn't bring up WeBWorK, but instead a page on my site which pointed to WeBWorK.

Does anybody know if it's possible to change permalinks in wordpress without breaking WeBWorK?
