Imported achievement files but they don't show up

Hi,

I am trying to turn achievements on for my classes. I was following http://webworkgoehle.blogspot.com/2013/02/math-achievements-and-webwork.html and http://webwork.maa.org/wiki/Achievements#.V8mdX_krK00/

I turned on the things needed on the Configuration page.

I uploaded and unpacked the tarballs - the first to templates and the second to html.

I can see the file default_achievements.axp in the templates folder, but when I go to the Achievement Editor and select Import, the file doesn't show up in the dropdown menu.

I'm sure I have just missed some detail, but can't figure it out.

I have two courses, Calc I and Calc III. I tried the same steps for both, and it worked for Calc III and not for Calc I.

The only difference that I can think of is that I had once edited the Achievement Points per Problem in Calc I, changing it to 1 and then back to 5 when I read more about that setting.

I redid everything about Achievements in the Calc I course after I got Calc III to work, but I still can't see any files in the drop down menu on the Achievement Editor page.
